This toolkit is an integral part of the City Adapt project, initiated by the Global Environment Facility
(GEF) and spearheaded by the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP). It was also created
in collaboration with local entities including The Forestry Department, The Nature Conservancy, and
the Jamaica 4-H Clubs.
